On a dark blue field with white and silver fringe borders with two drumsticks attached; between in chief a scarlet scroll folded back on itself, doubled blue, and inscribed “FORT SAM’S OWN” in white letters and in base a scarlet scroll folded back on itself, doubled blue, and inscribed “323D ARMY BAND” in white letters, surmounting two black cannons outlined silver gray in saltire, a silver gray representation of the Clock Tower embellished with the emblem of the United States Army North below a white lone star, below the tower a French horn in silver gray with the innards in the shape of “A5” in scarlet. At the bottom a flourish repeated eight times with a connecting oval hoop all in scarlet.
